摘 要:[目的/意义]旨在为科技管理提供参考。[方法/过程]基于相似性指数——出口产品相似性指数、产业结构相似性指数、技术相似性指数、学科(兴趣)相似性指数,构建创新相似性模型,并以中国工程物理研究院下属的12个研究所为例进行实证分析。[结果/结论]该模型整合了已有相关相似性模型,可以通过权重系数的调整或者增减相关相似性子模块来适应不同层次对象(人、机构、地区)的对标单位、专家选择以及竞争性分析等需求。但该模型与定性分析相结合才能发挥最大作用。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for technical administration. [Method/process] Based on the similarity indexes including export similarity index, industrial structure similarity index, technology similarity index and subject/interest similarity index, the paper constructs an innovation similarity model, and takes 12 research institutions of China Academy of Engineering Physics as examples to do empirical analysis. [Result/conclusion] The model integrates existing related similarity model, and could meet requirements of benchmarking units, expert selection and competitive analysis for the objects of different levels(person, institution and region) by adjusting the weight coefficient and increasing or decreasing related similarity sub-modules. But the model only performs best function when combined with qualitative analysis.
