摘 要:[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆服务提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述图书馆"知识学习共同体"的内涵,分析其特点,以及形成条件、目的、方法。[结果/结论]"知识学习共同体"适应新时期的"泛读"服务,能更好地发挥图书馆知识学习、信息交流、实践体验等功能,而建设"知识学习共同体"的前提条件是开放办馆,并通过多元资源建设提供支撑。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for university libraries' services. [Method/process] The paper expounds the connotation of knowledge learning community in library, and analyzes its characteristics, formation conditions, purposes and methods. [Result/conclusion] It considers that knowledge learning community will be accommodated to extensive reading services,and give full play to the functions of library knowledge learning, information exchange and practical experience. But building knowledge learning community needs opening library firstly and is supported by multiple resources construction.
