摘  要:目的为了消除睡眠姿势变化对呼吸容积监测的影响,提出一种基于双通道生物电阻抗技术对左右肺呼吸阻抗信号进行数据融合实现呼吸容积监测的新方法。方法本文搭建了一套基于双通道生物电阻抗技术的睡眠呼吸容积监测系统,用多导生理信号记录仪MP150(BIOPAC,美国)采集10名受试者依次保持仰卧、左侧卧和右侧卧3种睡眠姿势下平静呼吸时的呼吸流速信号以及左右肺和胸腔的呼吸阻抗信号。以呼吸流速信号为金标准,比较通过因子分析法得到的左右肺融合信号和单通道胸腔的呼吸阻抗信号。结果相比于单通道阻抗方法,因子分析方法获得的左右肺融合的呼吸阻抗信号与金标准信号之间的平均误差值要更小,且一致性更好。结论基于双通道阻抗技术结合因子分析的数据融合算法是一种可信的睡眠呼吸容积监测新方法。Objective In order to eliminate the influence of sleep posture changes on respiration volume monitoring,we propose a novel method based on dual-channel bioelectrical impedance technology combined with data fusion algorithm to extract the respiration volume signal from the left and right lung respiration impedance signals for respiration volume monitoring.Methods In this paper,a sleep respiration volume monitoring system based on dual-channel bioelectrical impedance technology is built,and the system acquires respiration signals by the multi-channel physiological signal recorder MP150(BIOPAC,USA).Ten subjects with normal breathing in turn,keep three sleep postures:dorsal decubitus,left lateral decubitus and right lateral decubitus,andrespiratory airflow signals and left lung,right lung and thorax respiratory impedance signals are collected.We set the respiratory airflow signals as the gold standard signals,and compare the left and right lung fusion signals obtained by the factor analysis method and the respiratory impedance signals of the single channel thoracic cavity.Results Compared with single channel impedance method,the difference between the left and right lung respiration signals and the gold standard signal value was smaller,and has a better consistency.Conclusions The method based on dual-channel impedance technology combined with factor analysis-based data fusion algorithm to extract respiration volume is a novel method of sleep respiration volume monitoring with high credibility.
