摘　　要：介绍尿素装置高压甲铵冷凝器的结构形式与运行情况,针对检修过程中发现的问题进行科学检测,查找管板的泄漏位置,分析泄漏产生的原因,采取相应的处理措施,通过更换堵头等修复方式处理泄漏点,达到正常使用效果。为尿素装置高压设备的使用、维护及故障处理积累了经验。High pressure carbamate condenser in urea plant, its structure and operation were de- scribed. Leakage was found during maintenance. The leaking place at end cap was found out and reasons were searched. By changing the end cap, the leakage was repaired to normal operation. The experience was gained for use, maintenance and trouble-shooting of similar high pressure equipment in urea plant.
