摘　　要：回顾了从20世纪80年代到"十二五"、"十三五"期间,我国由"自行车王国",到自行车交通量逐渐下降,到恢复自行车合理路权,到回归"绿色交通"的历史进程。阐述了"十三五"期间通过"互联网+"道路交通发展迎来的新的机遇与挑战。重点对共享单车城市道路路权调整及其停放问题进行研讨并提出建议。The article reviews the historical course of China from the "bicycle kingdom" to the gradual traffic reduction of bicycle, and from the recovery of reasonable bike way right to the return to "green traffic" from1980 s to the period of "12 th Five-year Plan" and "13 th Fiver-year Plan". The article sets forth the new opportunities and challenges through the "Internet +" road traffic development in the "13 th Five-year Plan period. The article discusses and proposes the way right adjustment and parking of the shared bikes on the urban roads.
