摘 要:膜生物反应器(MBR)结合了生物反应器有效去除有机物及膜组件优质出水的优点,广泛应用于城市污水和工业废水处理领域。膜污染问题是阻碍MBR技术进一步发展和应用的瓶颈。因此,对膜污染的分析研究尤为重要。为此,首先,简介了膜污染的定义、作用机理、特点、类型和表征。然后,对膜污染的影响因素,尤其是EPS、SMP、水力条件和膜材料进行了分析。接着,从水力、化学和生物三方面阐述了膜污染的控制措施。最后,展望了膜污染控制的研究方向与前景。Membrane bioreactor(MBR) is widely applied in the treatment of urban sewage and industrial wastewater combined with the advantages of bioreactor effectively to remove the organic matters and the high-quality effluent of membrane module. The membrane fouling problem is the bottleneck to hinder the MBR technology further to be developed and applied. Therefore, the analysis and study of membrane fouling are extremely important. The article briefly introduces the definition, function mechanism, characteristics,type and representation of membrane fouling, then analyzes the influence factors of membrane fouling especially EPS, SMP, hydraulics and membrane material, and sets forth the control measures for the membrane fouling from three aspects of hydraulics, chemistry and biology, and finally describes the study orientation and prospect of membrane fouling control.
