摘  要:薄壁杆件横截面变形的翘曲效应显著,与实体杆件相比存在明显差异,用有限元软件进行结构分析时,选择合理的单元类型尤为重要。通过对单箱双室薄壁杆件,即日字形薄壁杆件进行分析,依据薄壁杆件经典理论得到日字形薄壁杆件的解析解。用有限元软件ANSYS采用不同的分析类型对其进行有限元数值计算,得到了日字形薄壁杆件不同的数值解。将解析解与数值解对比分析,得到误差成因与翘曲效应对薄壁杆件的影响。The cross section deformation of thin-walled bar has the obvious warping effect, and is distinctly different from the solid bar. It is especially important to select the reasonable element type when the structure is analyzed by the finite element software. According to the analysis of the single-box double-cell thin-walled bar, that is the-shaped thin-walled bar, the analytical solution of-shaped thin-walled bar is achieved on the classical theory of thin-walled bar. According to the different analysis types, its finite element numerical calculation is carried out by the finite element software ANASYA to achieve the different numerical solutions of-shaped thin-walled bar. The comparison and analysis of analytical solution and numerical solution can know the deviation cause and the influence of warping effect on the thin-walled bar.
