摘 要:探讨了红外光谱法测定煤灰中硫含量的可行性,利用无水硫酸钙和二氧化硅混合物模拟煤灰建立1条线性标准曲线,能够满足灰成分中硫含量在0.01%~11.78%范围内的测定,线性误差为0.901 5%,利用该标准曲线测定了7个煤灰标准物质以核查方法准确度和精密度,相对误差和相对标准偏差均在5%以内,加标回收率在100%~104%。由研究可知,红外光谱法是1种理想可行的灰中硫含量测定方法,1 300℃燃烧温度可满足灰中硫含量的测定条件,也可适当提高燃烧温度以减少单次测样时间。The feasibility of sulfur content in coal ash determination using infrared spectroscopy was discussed in the paper,using anhydrous calcium sulfate and silica mixture to simulate the coal ash to establish a linear standard curve was done,it could meet the requirements of sulfur content in ash components determination in the range of 0.01% ~11.78%,the linearity error is0.901 5%,using this standard curve,seven coal ash standard materials were determined to check the accuracy and precision of this method,the relative error and relative standard deviation were all in 5%,the recovery rate was in 100% ~104%,the research showed that,the infrared spectroscopy is an ideal and feasible method to determine the sulfur content in ash,the burning temperature of 1 300 ℃ could meet the determination condition,the combustion temperature could also be improved to reduce the single sampling time.
