摘  要:以三氯化铝和D-半乳糖联合的方法建立大鼠阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)模型,研究人参皂苷和远志皂苷配伍对AD大鼠的治疗作用.采用Morris水迷宫实验和被动回避性跳台实验,评价人参皂苷和远志皂苷配伍对AD大鼠的空间认知能力、记忆获得和记忆巩固能力的影响.通过测定血清和脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)活性以及丙二醛、过氧化氢酶、总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平评价人参皂苷和远志皂苷配伍对AD大鼠Ach E活性的影响和抗氧化能力.结果表明,人参皂苷和远志皂苷配伍可以有效提升AD模型大鼠的空间认知能力、记忆获得和记忆巩固能力,具有治疗AD的作用.其治疗AD作用与降低Ach E活性和对抗自由基对细胞的损伤引起的氧化损伤有关.The combined method of aluminum trichloride and D-galactose was used to establish Alzheimer's disease( AD) model in rats and to study the therapeutic effect of ginsenoside and Polygala saponins on AD rats.The effects of the compatibility of ginsenosides and Polygala saponins on spatial cognitive ability,memory acquisition and memory consolidation of AD rats were evaluated by Morris water maze experiment and passive avoidance platform experiment.The activity of acetylcholinesterase( Ach E) in serum and brain tissue,and the effects of Panax ginsenoside and Polygala saponins on the activity of Ach E in AD rats and the antioxidant capacity were evaluated by the level of malondialdehyde,catalase,total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase.The results showed that the compatibility of ginsenoside and Polygala saponins could effectively improve the spatial cognitive ability,memory acquisition and memory consolidation of AD model rats,and had the effect of treating AD.Its therapeutic effect on AD is related to reducing Ach E activity and resisting oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
