摘 要:新疆和静县铁矿因原矿中磁黄铁矿含量较高,与磁铁矿嵌布关系复杂,仅通过磁选工艺无法有效分离,导致铁精矿中杂质硫含量高达1.07%。为提高该铁矿精矿质量,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上对其进行了浮选试验研究。研究结果表明:采用CS-01作为脉石矿物活化剂、异丁基黄药作为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,经1粗2精1扫试验流程,可获得全铁品位为63.25%、含硫0.22%、全铁回收率为97.32%的磁铁矿铁精矿,硫脱除率达80.14%,达到了提高铁精矿质量的目的。The iron ore from Hejing County in Xinjiang Province can not be separated only by mag- netic separation process, because of the high content of pyrrhotite, complex dissemination between pyrrho- tire and magnetite in the ore. The sulfur content of the concentrate product reaches 1.07%. In order to improve the quality of the iron concentrate, flotation test was conducted based on the study of process mineralogy. The results showed that with CS-01 as activator, isobutyl xanthate as collector,2# oil as foa- ming agent, magnetite concentrate with TFe grade of 63.25% , sulfur content of 0.22%, TFe recovery rate of 97.32% was obtained via one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging flowsheet. The desulfurization degree reached 80.14% , and the goal of improving the quality of iron concentrate was attained.
