摘　　要：虫黄藻是与珊瑚共生的一种棕色的单细胞甲藻,其与珊瑚共生机制在珊瑚礁生态系统中起着重要的作用。本文综述了虫黄藻的分布及特征、研究意义以及前人的研究状况,并做出展望,旨在为虫黄藻与珊瑚共生机制的研究提供理论基础。Zooxanthella is a brown single cell dinoflagellate,which is symbiotic with the corals. The symbiotic mechanism between the zooxanthella and corals plays an important role in the coral reef eco system. This paper reviews the distribution and characteristics of the zooxanthella , the significance of foundation for the study of the symbiotic mechanism between the zooxanthella and corals.
