摘　　要：随着互联网的快速发展,在三网融合大背景下,利用P2P+云计算技术实现网络直播、点播、网络电视等一云多屏的广电宽带网络视频应用,利用互联网的交互性改变用户使用习惯,将原来看TV,逐步变成上(互联网)TV。通过项目应用,盘活了广电传统业务用户资源,从而改变目前电视人群老龄化趋势,进一步吸引年轻人群,保持业务持续发展能力。With the rapid development of the Internet, under the background of triple play, P2P＋ cloud computing technology is used to realize a cloud-multi-screen broadcast and broadband network video application such as live webcast, on-demand, and network TV. The use of Internet interactivity changes user habits. We can try to change the user habits step by step from watching TV to watching internet TV with the internet interactivity. Through the application of the project, we can invigorate the user resources of traditional radio and television business, so as to change the aging trend of the current TV crowd, and further attract the young people to maintain the ability of continuous development of our business.
