摘 要:目的探讨并分析甲状腺结节患者行路径化健康教育对射频消融术后对护理质量的影响。方法选取70例行甲状腺射频消融术患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和常规组各35人,对比两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS),疼痛感及健康教育满意度情况。结果经路径化健康教育后,试验组SAS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);疼痛感显著低于常规组(P<0.05);常规组的健康教育满意度为71.43%,试验组健康教育满意度为91.42%,试验组显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺射频消融术患者行路径化健康教育,能够缓解患者的焦虑情绪,减轻患者的疼痛感,提高患者的健康教育满意度,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of pathway-based health education on satisfaction degree of nursing care after radiofrequency ablation in the patients with thyroid nodules. Methods Seventy patients undergoing thyroid radiofrequency ablation were enrolled, and were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group, with 35 cases in each group. The score of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), degree of pain and satisfaction degree for nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results After the pathway-based health education, the score of SAS was significantly lower and the degree of pain was milder in the experimental group compared to the routine group( P 〈0.05). The satisfaction degree for nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group (91.42% vs. 71.43%, P 〈0.05). Conclusion For the patients receiving thyroid radiofrequency ablation, the pathway-based health education can relieve the anxiety, alleviate the pain and improve the satisfaction for nursing care, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
