自拟方活血宽胸汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟方活血宽胸汤对慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择60例慢性充血性心力衰竭病人,随机分为研究组(活血宽胸汤加西药治疗)30例和对照组(纯西药治疗)30例进行比较观察。结果研究组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组总效率比较,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室断轴缩短率(FS)均提高,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度均降低,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟方活血宽胸汤联合医药能显著提高心力衰竭病人疗效和改善临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of Huoxue Kuanxiong decoction（HKD）in the treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Sixty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =30）treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n =30）treated with HKD in the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,and plasma N-terminal pro-B–type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）concentrations were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group（P〈 0.05）.Left ventricular ejection fraction and fraction shortening were increased in two groups,which were significantly better in treatment group than those in control group（P 〈0.05）.The plasma NT-proBNP concentrations decreased in two groups,which were significantly lower in treatment group than those in control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion HKD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with CHF.
