污泥好氧发酵处理过程中有机物降解率测试方法探究

摘  要:好氧发酵堆肥法是一种处理处置有机污泥的经济的高效的方法,正确掌握有机物降解率测试的方法有助于提高好氧发酵的工艺效率。文中通过测试好氧发酵过程中产生的二氧化碳的量的变化,建立了污泥中有机物降解率的测试方法。结果表明,验算的降解率曲线与7 d实测的降解率值基本吻合。这对今后好氧发酵堆肥法更加广泛地应用于有机污泥的处理处置有着很实际的意义。Aerobic fermentation composting is an economical and efficient way to treat organic sludge. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of aerobic fermentation by correctly understanding the degradation rate of organic matter. In this paper, by measuring the amount of carbon dioxide produced during aerobic fermentation, a method for testing the degradation rate of organic matter in sludge is established. The results show that degradation rate curve is basically consistent with the measured degradation rate in 7 d. It has a real significance for aerobic fermentation composting method to be widely applied to the treatment and disposal of organic sludge from now on.
