摘　　要：针对磺化油生产废水成分复杂,浮油较多,有刺激性气味且COD浓度高,难生物降解有机物多,p H低的特点,采用预处理/UASB/MSBR/Fenton/混凝组合工艺处理该废水。经过调试,优化了各工艺的条件,使得工艺稳定运行,CODCr、NH3-N、TP、动植物油、色度去除率分别为98%、87%、75%、98%、71%。出水各项指标均达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962—2015)C级标准。Sulfonated oil production wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition, high oil slick,irritating odor, high COD concentration,highly non-biodegradable organics and low pH value. The combined process of pretreatment/UASB/MSBR/Fenton/ coagulation is adopted to treat the wastewater. After commissioning, the conditions of each process is optimized to make each process work stably, and the removal rates of CODCr, NH3 -N, TP, animal and vegetable oil and chroma are 98%, 87% ,75% ,98% and 71% respectively. Each index of discharge water can meet C-class standard of Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers （ GB/T 31962-2015）.
