摘 要:针对当前军队医院满意度评价存在的问题,通过优化或改进满意度评价的样本信息采集、量表设计、平台研发、用户授权、邀请方式等工作,提出军队医院服务对象满意度的第三方调查模式。满意度评价模式能提升评价结果的可信性与说服力,能提高调查分析的工作效率,可为大范围开展军队医院满意度评价提供参考。Aiming to solve the problems existing in the satisfaction evaluation of military hospitals at present,a third-party survey about satisfaction degree of service objects of military hospitals was proposed by optimizing or improving the sample information collection,scale design,platform development,user authorization and invitation methods for satisfaction evaluation. The evaluation model for satisfaction degree established in this study could enhance the credibility and persuasiveness of the evaluation results,improve the efficiency of investigation and analysis,and thus provide reference for large-scale satisfaction degree evaluation of military hospitals.
