综合医院人群压力管理业务初探

摘　　要：当前压力相关心理问题和心身疾病造成巨大的疾病负担,国内压力管理专业机构的开设和业务开展仍处于萌芽阶段。文章基于流行病学数据对多种人群的压力现状进行综述,总结压力相关疾病的危害和经济负担,在此基础上探讨综合医院心理科开展压力管理临床业务的趋势和方向,提出增加心理体检、拓展心身同治、科普推广,以及在心理门诊中结合压力管理等临床业务开展方式。Stress-related psychological problems and various psychosomatic diseases could cause serious health problems. The development of professional institutions and clinical practice about stress management is still in the initial stage. This article reviewed the stress status of specific professional groups and summarized the harm and economic burden caused by stress-related diseases. Furthermore,we discussed the tendency of clinical work about stress management to be conducted by the psychological department of general hospitals,and proposed several methods accordingly,including psychological examination,psychosomatic treatment,popular science education,and involvement of stress management in psychological clinic.
