摘　　要：目的评估军医随队保障对新兵集训期间训练伤、呼吸系统、消化系统、皮肤病、心理障碍等疾病发病率的影响。方法将2014—2016年有军医随队保障的新兵作为观察组,将2011—2013年新兵作为对照组;观察并比较两组新兵呼吸系统、消化系统、皮肤病、心理障碍等疾病发病率。结果观察组新兵训练伤、呼吸系统、皮肤病、心理障碍等疾病发病率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),消化系统疾病发病率差异无统计学意义。结论军医随队保障可以改善基层业务人员缺乏状况,更好地做好保障,提高新兵训练质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of the medical service support provided by military doctors serving along with the troop on the incidence rate of diseases happening during the intensified training in the boot camp,including training-related injuries,respiratory diseases,digestive disorders,skin problems and mental disorders. Methods The recruits between 2014 and 2016 were included into the observation group,which was served by the military doctors,while the recruits between 2011 and 2014 were included into the control group. The incidence rates of military training-related injuries,mental disorders,respiratory,digestive and skin diseases were observed and compared between these two groups. Results The incidence rates of training-related injuries,respiratory diseases,skin diseases,and mental disorders in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Difference of the incidence rate of digestive disease had no statistical significance. Conclusion The medical service support provided by military doctors serving along with the troop could improve the shortage of grass-roots medical staff and guarantee better medical service support for and training quality of the recruits.
