“6S”管理在神经外科管理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过6S科学的管理方法,提高科室耗材管理水平、护理质量管理水平、护理工作人员的素养等,保障住院患者的安全。方法按照6S管理要素(程序),即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全6个步骤的具体实施,对科室耗材管理、环境管理、安全管理、护理人员素养等方面存在的问题进行分析、制定改进措施,比较实施前后科室在耗材管理、护理质量管理、护理工作人员素养等方面的差异。结果通过6S现场科学管理的实施,科室耗材管理得到优化、护理质量管理更加规范、护理人员对于本职工作的满意率提高、离职率降低。结论 6S科学管理可以提高神经外科病区管理质量,保障住院患者的安全,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To improve the consumables management,nursing quality management,and nursing staff＇s attainment of the Department of Neurosurgery and to ensure the safety of hospitalized patients,through the application of 6 S scientific management method. Methods According to the elements（ procedures） of 6 S management,i. e. organize,rectify,clear,cleaning,quality and safety,we analyzed the problems existing in consumables management,environmental management,safety management,and attainment of nursing staff,worked out measures for improvement,and compared the differences in consumables management,nursing management and attainment of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the measures. Results Through the implementation of 6 S on-site scientific management,the consumables management has been optimized,nursing management has been standardized,the satisfaction rate of nurses with their work has been improved,and the demission rate has been reduced.Conclusion 6 S scientific management could improve the management quality of the Department of Neurosurgery wards and ensure the safety of hospitalized patients,and thus it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
