摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对h指数对学者影响力评价时没有考虑作者合作的影响,有必要从作者贡献的角度选用一种新的指数作为其补充评价指标,使得评价结果更加客观、全面。[方法/过程]选取兰州大学化学化工学院SCI引用TOP 30研究人员为评价对象,对每位学者的Ⅰ指数及其扩展指数进行实证分析研究。[结果/结论]Ⅰ指数充分考虑学者个人的贡献率,其扩展指数指数对h指数和Ⅰ指数起到更好的平衡作用,并且比h指数具有更高的区分性。综上,Ⅰ指数可以从考虑学者独立完成科研的能力方面,作为h指数的补充评价指标,指数可以作为一个独立指标,用于学者的科研能力评价,且评价结果更全面、公平和精细。[Purpose/Significance] When applying h-index to evaluate the influence of the scholar, it does not consider the influence of the author’s collaboration. It is necessary to choose a new index as a supplementary evaluation index from the perspective of the author’s contribution, making the evaluation results more objective and comprehensive. [Method/Process] In this paper, the researchers of SCI Top 30 in college of chemistry and chemical engineering of Lanzhou University are selected as the evaluation objects, and I-index and its extension index of each scholar are analyzed and studied. [Result/Conclusion] I-index considers the scholars’ contribution rate fully and its expansion index based on h-index and I-index plays a better balance. I-index can be regarded as a supplementary index of h-index from the perspective of the ability to complete scientific research independently. -index can be used as an independent indicator to evaluate the researchers, and the evaluation results are more comprehensive, fair and sophisticated.
