儿童喘息性疾病血清特异性IgE指标分析

摘　　要：目的:对儿童喘息性疾病(AD)血清特异性IgE指标进行分析,探讨儿童喘息性疾病的临床特征及病因,为其预防及诊疗提供依据。方法:采用免疫印迹法,Allergy Screen敏筛过敏原诊断试剂盒(Mediwiss Analytic Gmb H公司),敏筛过敏原检测仪,对患儿血清特异性IgE进行检测。结果:患儿食入性及吸入性过敏原在不同年龄段的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1岁年龄段患儿食入性过敏原(+)比例为45.33%,3~13岁年龄段患儿吸入性过敏原(+)比例为54.90%。喘息发作≥3次患儿吸入性过敏原中屋尘螨、狗毛、霉菌、猫毛的(+)比例显著高于喘息发作<3次患儿(P<0.05)。喘息发作≥3次患儿对≥2种过敏原(+)比例显著高于喘息发作<3次患儿和1种过敏原。结论:儿童发生喘息性疾病可能与屋尘螨、狗毛、霉菌、猫毛存在关联,对患儿开展血清特异性IgE检测有助于喘息性疾病的临床诊疗。Objective To analyze the serum specific IgE index of asthmatic disease in children,to explore the clinical characteristics and etiology of asthmatic disease in children,and to provide the basis for its prevention and diagnosis and treatment.Method The serum specific IgE was detected by immunoblotting,Allergy Screen sensitive screening anaphylaxis Kit（Mediwiss Analytic Gmb H company） and sensitive screening allergen detector.Results The positive rate of intake and inhalation allergens in children at different ages was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the proportion of feeding allergens（＋） in children aged 1 years was 45.33%,and the proportion of inhalational allergens（＋） in children 3-13 years old was 54.90%,and the number of breathing anaphylaxis in children with breathing episodes more than 3 times was 54.90%.The proportion of mite,dog dander,mould,cat dander（＋） was significantly higher than that of 3 in children（P〈0.05）,and the proportion of more than 2 kinds of allergen（＋） in children with more than 3 times of asthmatic attack was significantly higher than that of 3 and 1 anaphylaxis.Conclusion Asthmatic diseases in children may be associated with house dust mites,dog dander,mold and cat dander.The detection of serum specific IgE is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthmatic diseases.
