摘  要:目的:探讨多种MRCP三维后处理技术中最优的方法。方法:使用Siemens Avanto 1.5T超导型磁共振系统,采用体部矩阵线圈。首先行上腹部屏气T1WI FLASH、呼吸导航的T2WI TSE序列横断位及ture FISP冠状位扫描,再行2D Haste序列单层MRCP扫描,最后用3D SPACE RESTORE TSE序列进行3D MRCP扫描。扫描完成后采用MIP、VRT及透明度调至20%的t-VRT进行三维处理。由3位医师阅片观察3种后处理技术得到的图像进行分析评价,比较其图像质量及病变的显示率。结果:对病变的显示,原始图像中发现病变64例,MIP、VRT、t-VRT图像显示病变分别为48例、30例、60例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。图像质量:69例患者MRCP检查均一次成功,原始图像均显示肝内外胆管及胆总管。MIP图像51例显示优秀,16例显示良好,2例显示不合格;VRT图像26例显示优秀,29例显示良好,14例显示不合格;t-VRT图像61例显示优秀,7例显示良好,1例显示不合格,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:3种MRCP后处理方式的图像质量以透明化容积再现技术处理的图像质量及病变的显示率最好,明显优于另外2种后处理方式。Objective To find the best 3D post process method of MRCP from several technology.Method Patients were Scanning by Siemens Avanto 1.5 T and body matrix coil.At first,we performed breath-hold T1WI FLASH,respiratory trigger T2WI axial and ture FISP coronary scanning.And then performed the MIP,VRT and transparent VRT with 20% transparence.Three doctors analyzed the images and compared the quality of images and the display rate of pathological changes.Results Display of pathological changes:the original images display 64,MIP display 48,VRT display 30,transparent VRT display 60.that was statistical significance(P〈0.01).Quality of images:All 69 patients were succeed,all the original image display the intra-and extra-hepatic bile duct and common bile duct.The excellent,good and fail for MIP was 51,16,2;for VRT was 26,29,14;for transparent-VRT was 61,7,1.that was statistical significance(P〈0.01).Conclusion The transparent VRT is the best in quality and display rate.it is obvious better than the other two methods.
