摘  要:针对物流业的快速发展,减少成本和降低运输时间已经不仅仅在供应商跟分销商之间进行,对于整个存储仓库或配送中心而言,如何有效合理的提高单元物料在输送机上的分拣速度,如何对平面布局中分拣线布局合理,是直接影响物流配送中心生产效率的关键。如果能够在更少的时间里面完成所有的库内操作流程,就可以加快出库入库速度,进而加快整个配送流程。文中在以某配送中心中的条烟分拣为例的前提下研究了基于随机需求条件下的单元物料分拣方法,并用分散搜索算法对其进行计算测验,其计算结果有效的降低了单元物料在输送线的缓冲时间,同时也节省了货物存放的周转时间,对于配送中心的生产效率有明显的提高。For the rapid development of the logistics industry,reducing costs and reducing transportation time have not only been between suppliers and distributors. For the entire storage warehouse or distribution center,how to efficiently and reasonably improve the sorting speed of the unit materials on the conveyor,and how to reasonably arrange the sorting lines in the layout,this is a key issue that directly affects the production efficiency of the logistics distribution center. if all the time required for the operation within the warehouse can be completed in less time,the speed of the warehouse can be accelerated and the entire distribution process can be accelerated. This paper studies the sorting method of unit materials based on stochastic demand under the premise of sorting cigarettes in a distribution center,and uses discrete search algorithm to calculate and test them. The calculation result effectively reduces the unit. The buffering time of the material on the conveyor line saves the turnaround time for the storage of the goods,and has a significant increase in the production efficiency indistribution center.
