摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,现代物流被称为"第三利润源泉",但企业要充分利用这一资源,有必要定期对物流系统进行全面评价,不断改进企业存在的各项问题,全面了解企业物流系统,为物流系统完善和优化提供基本信息和思路。因此,物流系统的科学综合评价与优化已成为企业发展战略亟待解决的问题。根据企业物流系统综合评价指标体系的设计原则,构建了企业物流系统综合评价指标体系。为企业进一步完善物流系统,提高物流系统质量,提供了科学有效的工具。With the rapid economic development,modern logistics is called the＂third source of profits,＂but companies must make full use of this resource,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the logistics system on a regular basis,and constantly optimize the company＇s existing problems so that To fully understand the system and provide basic information and ideas for the improvement and optimization of the logistics system. Therefore,the scientific comprehensive evaluation and optimization of the logistics system has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development strategy of the enterprise. According to the design principles of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the enterprise logistics system,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the enterprise logistics system was constructed. It provides scientific and effective tools for enterprises to further improve the logistics system and improve the quality of the logistics system.
