摘　　要：PPP融资模式是一种日渐成熟的新型项目融资模式,多应用于国内外大型的项目建设及运营中,目前,对该模式的理论研究和实践应用也处在逐步地探索和创新过程中。基于太平港口项目运用霍尔三维结构模型进行项目风险的识别,以期为港口项目管理者提供更有借鉴价值的建议。The PPP financing model is an increasingly mature model of project financing,which is used in the construction and operation of large projects at home and abroad. At present,the theoretical research and practical application of this model are also in the process of gradual exploration and innovation. Based on the Taiping port project,Holzer 3D structure model is used to identify project risks,so as to provide more valuable suggestions for port project managers.
