摘 要:国际标准化组织(ISO)和世界气象组织(WMO)对监测水文参数的仪器和方法发布了比较全面的标准要求。国内也已有基本符合国际标准的水文仪器标准和水文测验规范体系。比较起来,国内外对在用水文仪器的技术要求有一些不同,一些不同是合理和可以接受的,有不少差别体现了国内的不足,应该注意改进,以利于水文测验的发展。The International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and World Meteorological Organization(WMO) have published the comprehensive standards of hydrometry and hydrometric instruments for monitoring the hydrological parameters. In China, the hydrometry and hydrometric instruments standards are mainly in line with international standards. By comparison, there are some differences in the requirements for hydrometric instruments at home and abroad. Some differences are reasonable and acceptable. However, there are many differences showing the domestic problems, which should be paid attention, so as for the development of hydrometry.
