摘  要:以陇南主要种植农作物小麦为对象,经过室内种子萌发和砂培试验,研究橄榄油加工废弃液、Na_2CO_3和橄榄油加工废弃液碱处理后对小麦的种子萌发、幼苗生长以及生理生化指标的影响.用蒸馏水将橄榄油加工配制不同浓度的处理液,经过小麦种子萌发实验筛选出较为适宜的60%、50%、40%、30%、20%和10%橄榄油加工废弃液浓度后,用0.10%的Na_2CO_3碱化处理后,对小麦的种子萌发、幼苗生长以及生理生化指标进行考察与研究.实验结果表明,橄榄油加工废弃液经过Na_2CO_3碱化后浓度为40%时能显著促进小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长,随着碱化废弃液浓度的升高,小麦种子萌发率显著降低,幼苗生长受阻,生物量积累受限,叶片O-2产生速率和H_2O_2含量明显增加,幼苗中游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛积累明显,幼苗中SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性先升后降,呈现高浓度抑制和低浓度诱导增强的趋势.Sand culture experiments are conducted to study effects of different waste liquid from olive oil processing alkalized by Na2CO3 on seed germination,seedling growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of the wheat planted in Longnan. The waste liquid from olive oil processing is diluted by distilled water to prepare treatment solutions in different concentrations. Solutions in suitable concentrations of 60%,50%,40%,30%,20% and 10% are screened out by seed germination experiments and alkalized by 0. 10% Na2CO3 solution. Then their effects on seed germination,seedling growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of the wheat are investigated. Results show that alkalized liquid waste in concentration of 40% can significantly promote the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,and O-2 producing rate and H2O2 content in the leaves increases significantly. Accumulation of free proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde in the seedlings is notable. Solutions in higher concentration reducesthe germination rate of wheat seeds,while seedling growth is blocked and biomass accumulation is limited. Activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX in the seedlings increase first and then decrease,exhibiting a trend of high-concentration inhibition and low-concentration enhancement.
