摘　　要：配制了一种硫磺颗粒沉降剂,以沉降速度为考核指标,确定最佳配比,同时评价其应用效果.结果表明:硫磺颗粒沉降剂的最佳配比为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25%,聚丙烯酰胺1‰,聚丙烯酸钠2‰,甘油8%,以最佳配比制备的硫磺颗粒沉降剂进行沉降实验,硫磺的沉降速度为6.8 cm/min,硫磺颗粒平均粒径为155μm,悬浮硫含量0.22 g/L,实验效果优于市售沉降剂.A kind of settling agent for sulfur particles is prepared. The optimal formulais obtained based on the settling rate,and its performance is estimated. Results indicate that the optimal formula is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 25%,polyacrylamide 1‰,sodium polyacrylate 2‰ and glycerin 8%. The optimal formula produces a settling rate of 6. 8 cm/min,while the average diameter of sulfur particles is155 μm and the content of suspended sulfur is 0. 22 g/L. The performance is superior to that of settling agents on market.
