阴道彩超检查在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道彩超检查在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析88例妇科急腹症患者的临床资料,根据检查方法分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组患者采用腹部超声检查,观察组患者应用阴道彩超检查,比较两组与临床病理检查结果的吻合度即检查的准确度。结果:观察组检验结果准确率为97.72%,明显高于对照组的81.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道彩超检查在妇科急腹症诊断中的准确度优于腹部超声检查。Objective： To explore application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods： Eighty-eight patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected and divided into observation group （ n =44） and control group （ n =44） according to the odd and even admission orders. The patients in the observation group were tested with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, while those in the control group were treated with simple abdominal ultrasonography. The accuracies （coincidence rate of the test result and clinical pathological examination result） of the two groups were compared. Results： The accuracy of the observation group was 97.72%, which was significantly higher than 81.42% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： For the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen, transvaginal color ultrasound is superior to abdominal ultrasonography.
