摘  要:农产品加工产业现代化是实现农业领域新旧动能转换的重要推动力。本文基于现阶段新疆番茄加工产业发展的实际情况,总结其发展过程中所面临的一系列问题,并对产业发展前景进行探讨,为进一步推动新疆番茄加工产业结构优化升级提供参考。The modernization of agricultural product processing industry is an important driving force for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the agricultural sector. Based on the actual situation of the development of processing tomato industry in Xinjiang at this stage, this paper summarizes a series of problems faced by its development, and based on this, discusses the prospects of industrial development, in order to provide reference for further promoting the optimization and upgrading of processing tomato industry in Xinjiang.
