棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗精神分裂症45例临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及对血清催乳素(PRL)水平和体质量的影响。方法选取医院收治的精神分裂症患者90例,按照自愿原则,分为干预组(棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗)和对照组(口服奥氮平片治疗),该项研究共观察8周。结果干预组和对照组的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分[(78.6±11.3)分比(81.7±11.1)分]、临床总体印象量表(CGI)评分[(5.2±1.6)分比(5.3±1.7)分]、血PRL水平[(13.7±8.3)ng/mL比(13.8±9.6)ng/mL]、体质量[(55.7±2.6)kg比(54.6±3.1)kg]和体质量指数(BMI)[(25.3±1.4)kg/m2比(24.9±1.5)kg/m2]比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗8周末,干预组与对照组血PRL水平[(76.6±5.3)ng/mL比(115.7±11.1)ng/mL]和体质量终点值[(62.5±2.6)kg比(64.3±2.8)kg]比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),而PANSS总分[(50.4±11.9)分比(51.9±10.1)分]、CGI总分[(3.4±0.6)分比(3.2±0.7)分]和BMI[(2.6±1.2)kg/m2比(2.8±1.4)kg/m2]比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗精神分裂症的疗效与口服奥氮平片相当,短期(8周)内对血清PRL水平及体质量的影响显著小于口服奥氮平片,且安全性更佳。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Paliperidone Palmitate Injection in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effects on serum prolactin（ PRL） and body weight. Methods Totally 90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the intervention group（ treated with Paliperidone Palmitate Injection） and the control group（ oral administration of Olanzapine Tablets） according to the voluntary principle,45 cases in each group. The study was observed for 8 weeks. Results The positive and negative syndrome scale（ PANSS） total scores [（ 78. 6 ± 11. 3） points vs.（ 81. 7 ± 11. 1） points ],clinical global impression（ CGI） total scores [（ 5. 2 ± 1. 6） points vs.（ 5. 3 ± 1. 7） points ],the blood PRL levels [（ 13. 7 ± 8. 3） ng/mL vs.（ 13. 8 ± 9. 6） ng/mL ],body weight [（ 55. 7 ± 2. 6） kg vs.（ 54. 6 ± 3. 1） kg ] and body mass index（ BMI） [（ 25. 3 ± 1. 4） kg/m2 vs.（ 24. 9 ± 1. 5） kg/m2] had no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 8 weeks of treatment,the differences in the levels of PRL [（ 76. 6 ± 5. 3） ng/mL vs.（ 115. 7 ± 11. 1） ng/mL ] and end-point value of body weight [（ 62. 5 ± 2. 6） kg vs.（ 64. 3 ±2. 8） kg ] between the intervention group and the control group were significant（ P〈0. 05）,but the differences in the PANSS total score [（ 50. 4 ± 11. 9） points vs.（ 51. 9 ± 10. 1） points ],CGI total score [（ 3. 4 ± 0. 6） points vs.（ 3. 2 ± 0. 7） points ] and BMI [（ 2. 6 ±1. 2） kg/m2 vs.（2. 8 ± 1. 4） kg/m2] between the intervention group and the control group were not significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Paliperidone Palmitate Injection is equivalent to that of oral Olanzapine Tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia.
