丹参川芎嗪联合前列地尔对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的影响  

Effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Prostadil on Neurological Impairment in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘　　要：目的研究丹参川芎嗪联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对患者神经功能缺损的影响。方法选择医院2013年1月至2017年2月收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,按治疗方案的不同分为观察组(采用丹参川芎嗪联合前列地尔治疗)与对照组(采用前列地尔治疗),各40例。结果治疗2周后,观察组疗效等级显著优于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标,血清神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、S100B蛋白、B细胞淋巴瘤基因-2(Bcl-2)相关X蛋白(Bax)等指标水平,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)及改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分均显著下降(P<0.05),且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而Bcl-2水平、Barthel index(BI)指数显著上升(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死疗效较单用前列地尔更佳,对神经功能缺损的改善作用更显著,安全性更佳,且可改善患者的预后。Objective To study the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction（ ACI） and its effect on neurological impairment. Methods Totally 80 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group（ Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with alprostadil） and the control group（ alprostadil） according to the different treatment regimens,40 cases in each group. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The hemorheology indexes,the levels of GFAP,S100B protein and Bax,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（ NIHSS） and modified Rankin scale（ mRS） in the observation group were significantly decreased,which were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,while the Bcl-2 and Barthel index（ BI） in the observation group were significantly increased,which were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of ACI has better effect and safety than alprostadil alone,it has more significant effect on improving the neurological impairment,and it also can improve the prognosis of patients.
