警告标识减少药师洗手消毒问题及配置输液差错临床实践

摘　　要：目的应用警告标识减少药师洗手消毒问题及配置输液差错,提高药师工作质量。方法选取2014年10月1日至12月31日洗手消毒及配置输液环节应用警告标识的药师为观察组,未在相应环节应用警告标识的药师为对照组,比较两组洗手消毒出现问题及配置输液环节差错的发生率。结果对照组差错发生率为97.22%,明显高于观察组的2.78%(P<0.05)。结论警告标识可显著减少药师洗手消毒问题及配置输液环节的差错,明显提高药师工作质量,保障患者输液安全。Objective To reduce pharmacists＇ problems of hand-washing disinfection and errors of dispensing transfusion by applying warning signs,in order to improve the work quality of pharmacists. Methods From October 1 st,2014 to December 31 st,2014,the pharmacists who applied warning signs in the links of hand-washing disinfection and dispensing transfusion were selected as the observation group,while those who didn＇t apply warning signs in the links were selected as the control group. The incidence rates of problems of hand-washing disinfection and errors of the dispensing transfusion in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of errors in the control group was 97. 22%,which was significantly higher than 2. 78% in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The warning signs can significantly reduce the pharmacists＇ problems of hand-washing disinfection and the errors of dispensing transfusion,which can obviously improve the work quality of pharmacists and ensure the safety of patients＇ infusion.
