摘 要:目的分析PEP-1-SOD联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸对顺铂诱导的急性肾损伤的治疗效果。方法使用PEP-1-SOD蛋白及N-乙酰半胱氨酸对顺铂诱导的急性肾损伤小鼠模型进行治疗,检测小鼠治疗前后血清中血清肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)含量,评价小鼠治疗前后肾损伤情况,检测小鼠治疗前后肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平。结果治疗组小鼠治疗后Cr、BUN及SOD水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),肾脏损伤程度评分及MDA、GSH水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),并且治疗组小鼠治疗后SOD、MDA、GSH水平与损伤组、对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PEP-1-SOD联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸可以明显降低顺铂诱导的急性肾损伤小鼠肾组织的氧化应激水平。Objective To analyze the effect of PEP-1-SOD combined with N-acetylcysteine on cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury. Methods N-acetylcysteine and PEP-1-SOD protein were used to treat cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury in mice. Serum creatinine(Cr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) were measured before and after treatment in mice. The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH) in the kidney tissue of the mice were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of Cr,BUN and SOD in treatment group were increased,while the degree of renal injury and the levels of MDA and GSH were decreased(P 〈0. 05). There were significant differences in SOD,MDA and GSH levels between treatment group and injury group(or control group)(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion PEP-1-SOD combined with N-acetylcysteine can significantly reduce the level of oxidative stress in kidney tissues of acute renal injury mice induced by cisplatin.
