摘　　要：目的提高我院药品不良反应(以下简称ADR)监测工作水平。方法运用PDCA管理法中的图表工具剖析我院药品不良反应监测工作现状与问题根源,制定工作计划,评估结果,继而标准化。结果我院药品不良反应漏报严重且上报报表质量低的根源在于医护人员对药品不良反应监测工作参与意识差、责任心不强,同时医院制度建设不完善等。针对种种原因,采取建立奖励机制和负责人制、组织医护培训、完善信息系统等措施。结论 PDCA法的应用能极大提高医院ADR监测工作水平,应积极推广。Objective To improve the monitoring level of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in our hospital.Methods The PDCA management method was used to analyze the status and problems of adverse drug reaction monitoring in our hospital to develop the work plan,evaluate the results and standardize them. Results The reason of omission about ADR and poor report was that our employees＇ poor awareness of participation and poor sense of responsibility,and besides,the hospital system was not perfect. To solve these problems,we adopted some measures,such as establishing incentives and responsible person system,organizing health care training,and improving the information system.Conclusion The application of PDCA method can greatly improve the level of ADR monitoring in hospitals and should be actively promoted.
