社区卫生服务中采用益气补肾法治疗COPD的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析在社区卫生服务中使用益气补肾法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者进行治疗的效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年8月社区COPD患者80例,随机分为2组,对照组使用临床常规治疗方法,治疗组则在此基础上实施参芪散合金匮肾气丸加减治疗,对2组的临床效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者两次发病的间隔时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者FEV1、FVC与FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区服务中使用参芪散合金匮肾气丸加减对COPD患者进行治疗,可改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）in the community health service by using the method of Supplementing Qi and nourishing kidney. Methods 80 cases of COPD patients in the community from June 2015 to August 2017 were divided into two groups,and the control group was treated with clinical routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with Shenqi San Jingui Shenqi Pill on the basis of the treatment,and the effect of the two treatment methods was compared. Results the interval between the two patients in the study group was longer than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group was better than that of the control group,and the data were statistically different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of COPD patients with Shenqi powder and Shenqi Shenqi Pill in community service can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect. It is worth to use.
