摘 要:目的:探讨不同恢复方式对健康青年男性一次急性高强度间歇运动(HIE)后自主神经功能和血液动力学反应。方法:20名健康青年男性进行两次HIE实验,间歇期分别进行积极性恢复(AR)和消极性恢复(PR)。运动前以及运动后恢复期第10、20、30 min时利用手指血压监测仪测定心率(HR)和血压(BP),利用遥测心率监测仪监测RR间期,用于心率变异性(HRV)分析。采用配对t检验(不同恢复方式比较)和方差分析(血液动力学和自主神经功能的时程变化)对数据进行统计学检验。结果:HIE间歇期进行AR,运动后10 min时SBP和HR高于PR(P<0.05),10 min和20 min时LnRMSSD和Ln HF高于PR(P<0.05),Ln LF和Ln LF/HF比值低于PR(P<0.05)。结论:以不同恢复方式进行HIE时,AR能够促进运动后自主神经功能恢复并改善血液动力学反应。Objective:To examine the effect of different recovery means on autonomic nervous function anresponse after a bout of acute high intensity interval exercise (HIE) session in healthy young mTwenty healthy young male individuals performed two HIE tests, with active recovery ( AR) and paintermission period respectively. Before exercise and 10,20 and 30 min after exercise,hea(BP) were determined by digital automatic blood pressure monitor,while heart rate variability (HRV) was mtelemetry heart rate monitor through monitoring RR intervals. Conclusion : AR can promote autonomic nervous function recovery and improvehaemodynamic response after exercise when HI is carried out in different ways of recovery.
