摘　　要：中国乒协于2018年初颁布新政,全面禁止国外协会球员到中国参加各级联赛,"养狼计划"宣布结束。研究认为:新政是基于中国竞技乒乓球现有的内外压力下提出的临时性举措,明显具有"防狼"的意味,短期内对于遏制主要对手、减轻国乒压力、确保球队平稳过渡是有利的,但其所暴露出来的弊端显而易见。中国竞技乒乓球运动应始终在建立国球自信的基础上,贯彻实施"养狼计划",通过深化乒乓球职业化改革、增加国际乒联话语权、着力打造新一代领军人物以及积极适应国际乒联新政等有效措施,始终成为引领世界乒乓球运动发展的风向标。The Chinese Table Tennis Association proclaimed its new policy at the beginning of 2018 , which completely for-bade the players of foreign table tennis associations to take part in all levels of league matches of wolf-raising program. The paper thinks that the new policy is a temporarpressures the association is facing inside and outside. It is obvious that the new The new policy is beneficial to contain the main opponents,to relieve the national team ’ s pressure and to help the teamhave a smooth transition. However,its disadvantages are obvious as well. Chinese competitive table tennis confident,carry out the wolf-raising plan and take such an effective measures as furthering table increasing the right to spea in International Table Tennis Federation , exerting itself to cultivate tively adapting to the new policies of ITTF so as to be the pioneer to lead the direction of table tennis in the world.
