摘  要:基于一实际酒店模型,利用有限元软件ETABS,分析了地裂缝场地下不同避让距离对宽扁梁转换结构性能的影响。结果表明:避让距离为14 m以外,结构满足位移限值要求;在避让距离变化时,中柱最容易发生破坏,建议设计时应加大中柱截面或者采取全长加密箍筋措施;避让距离为11 m时,结构的内力值均达到极值,转换梁跨中弯矩及剪力值受避让距离变化的影响不大;对考虑基础沉降的结构进行设计时,建议采取对称配筋的形式、在梁跨中截面设置反向弯起钢筋或者加配箍筋等措施来抵抗跨中截面反方向剪力。对于转换梁建议箍筋采用全长加密布置。Based on a practical hotel model, the finite element software ETABS is used to analyse the performance of the struture with diffierent avoidance distance on Ground Fissure Field.Through the analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: Beyond 14m, the structure meets the requirements of displacement limits. When the avoidance distance changes, stele is most prone to damage. It is suggested that the design should increase the section of the middle column or take measures to encrypt the stirrups in full length. When the avoidance distance is 11m, the internal forces of the structure reach the extreme value. The shear force of the transition beam have little effect on the change of the avoidance distance. When designing the structure that considers the foundation settlement, it is recommended to take the form of symmetrical reinforcement, set the reverse bending steel bar in the middle section of the beam span, or add stirrups to resist the shear force in the opposite direction of the midspan section. For transfer beams, it is recommended that the stirrups use a full-length encryption arrangement.
