腰痛片中香豆素类成分含量测定方法优化

摘　　要：为了建立腰痛片中活性成分含量快速、简便、高效的测定方法。以甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,采用梯度洗脱。通过高效液相色谱法对腰痛片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量进行测定,结果表明,补骨脂素在0.037~0.74 mg具有良好的线性关系(r^2=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为2.04%。异补骨脂素在0.033~0.66 mg具有良好的线性关系(r^2=0.999 3),平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为0.81%。该流动相组成及比例科学、简便,出峰时间大大缩短,且流动相中不含盐,不会出现堵塞管路及柱子现象,灵敏度高,重现性好,简便可行。To establish a rapid, simple and effective method for the determination of active components in lumbago tablets,the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in lumbago tablets was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol-water （containing 0.1% formic acid） and gradient elution was used. The results showed that psoralen had a good linear relationship at 0.037 -0.74 mg, and the average recovery was 100.0% （RSD =2.04）.The calibration curve of isopsoralen was linear at 0.033 -0.66 mg. The average recovery of isopsoralen was 97.3% and RSD was 0.81%. The composition and proportion of the mobile phase are scientific, simple and convenient, and the peak time is greatly shortened. The most important thing is that the mobile phase contains no salt, no blockage of pipes and columns, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and simplicity and feasibility.
