高精度10辊管材矫直机在实际生产中的应用

摘　　要：文章通过对10辊管材矫直机与传统7辊矫直机的矫直原理进行对比,并在实际应用中对弯曲度、圆度、表面质量、探伤合格率进行跟踪,指出10辊管材矫直机可以满足高精度铜管的生产要求。The straightening principle of ten-roll and traditional seven-roll pipe straightener is compared in this paper,and the curvature,roundness,surface quality and flow detection rate are tracked. It is pointed out that ten-roll pipe straightener can meet the production requirement of high precision copper pipe.
