摘　　要：目的:分析对临床检验质量造成影响的因素和控制方式。方法:收集本院2016年9月至2017年9月免疫学检验资料开展研究,分析影响免疫质量因素,探究结果。结果:操作者技术、洗液更换详情、试剂平衡时长、标本质量、温度为对免疫检验造成影响的影响因素。结论:对免疫质量造成影响的因素诸多,实验室环境温度、试剂平衡市场以及实验者素质为重要影响因素,在开展检验过程中,应当避免细节问题,以保证实验室检验质量。Objective：To analyze the factors that influence the quality of clinical examination and the control methods.Methods：We collected the immunological test data of our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 to carry out research to analyze the factors affecting the immune quality and explore the results.Results：The operator＇s technique,lotion exchange details,reagent equilibration duration,specimen quality,and temperature were the influencing factors for the impact of immunoassays.Conclusion：There are many factors affecting the immune quality.Laboratory environment temperature,reagent balance market and the quality of experimenters are important influencing factors.During the inspection process,details should be avoided to ensure the quality of laboratory tests.
