综合护理在缓解PPH术后患者肛门坠胀程度及焦虑症状中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析综合护理在缓解PPH术后患者肛门坠胀程度及焦虑症状中的应用。方法选取2016年5月~2017年6月我院进行PPH术的重度痔病患者52例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组26例。对照组患者在术后接受常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理干预的基础上联合综合护理干预,比较术后两组患者的肛门坠胀程度以及心理状态。结果干预前,两组患者的肛门坠胀程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后第1、3、5天,两组患者的肛门坠胀程度评分均低于干预前;且观察组患者的肛门坠胀程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的抑郁和焦虑得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组患者的抑郁和焦虑得分均低于干预前,且观察组患者的抑郁和焦虑得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重度痔病患者在PPH术后应用综合护理,可以有效减轻患者的肛门坠胀程度,改善心理状态,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application of comprehensive nursing in alleviating the degree of anal distention and anxiety in patients after PPH.Methods Fifty-two patients with severe hemorrhoids who underwent PPH in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 26 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while patients in the observation group received combined comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention to compare the degree of anal swelling and psychological state of patients in the two groups after surgery.Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of anal bulge（P〈0.05）.On the 1 st, 3 rdand 5 thday after the intervention, the scores of anal distension in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention. Moreover, the score of anal bulge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After the intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with rectal mucosal prolapse after PPH can effectively reduce the degree of anal distention and improve mental state,which is worthy of popularization and application.
