摘　　要：以云南师范大学云计算平台作为后盾、以新媒体技术和移动端技术为手段、以部分党建和精准扶贫内容为载体、以云师大驻洒坞村工作队为主导,对基于互联网+的党建和精准扶贫、交通盘山公路对头防碰撞及监测进行了初步设计并实现,对构建党建+精准扶贫双推进进行了初探.Using the cloud computing platform of Yunnan Normal University as backing,new media technology and mobile technology as means,content of the partly Party building and targeted poverty alleviation as carrier,working party of YNNU station in Sawu village as leading,we did the preliminary design and implementation for traffic mountain roads head-on collision and monitoring based on Party building and targeted poverty alleviation of Internet＋ and carried out a preliminary study groping for boosting both Party building and targeted poverty alleviation.
