摘　　要：目前,视频等大带宽业务的应用给传统WDM、SDH传输网带来巨大的带宽压力,特别是高安全、低时延的应用要求给网络保护策略带来严峻的挑战,文中通过研究设计基于OTN的智能光传输网,能够建立起超大带宽、高安全、高可靠、易于维护的电信级骨干传输网,同时支持与现网SDH、PTN等设备混合组网,并在黑龙江垦区应用实践,达到设计目标,在规划建设骨干传输网方面具有借鉴实用价值。At present,the application of video and other high bandwidth services to traditional WDM,bring the huge bandwidth pressure of SDH transmission network,especially the application of high security,low latency requirements bring severe challenges to network protection strategy,based on the design of OTN based intelligent optical transmission network,to build large bandwidth,high security,high reliability Telecom backbone transmission network,easy maintenance,support and SDH network,PTN hybrid network equipment,and in Heilongjiang nongken in practice,to achieve the design goals,in the planning and construction of the backbone transmission network has practical reference value.
