消栓通络片中丹酚酸B的鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:初步探索消栓通络片中丹酚酸B的鉴别方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Wonda Cract ODS-2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱、乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为286 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),进样量为10μL。结果:4批样品中仅有一批样品检出丹酚酸B的色谱峰,并且与丹酚酸B对照品的光谱图一致。结论:该方法简单易行,专属性高,为消栓通络片质量标准的完善提供实验依据。Objective： To establish an RP-HPLC method for identification of Salvianolic acid B in Xiaoshuan Tongluo Tablet.Methods： High performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） condition was as follows： A Wonda Cract ODS-2（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）column was used. A mobile phase that consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 05% phosphoric acid was programmed for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min^（-1）. The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results： The chromatographic peaks of salicylic acid B were detected in only one sample,and were consistent with the spectrogram of salicylic acid B. Conclusion： The simple method has high specificity. It can be used to improve the quality standard of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Tablet.
