沙美特罗氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗矽肺的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨沙美特罗氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗矽肺的临床疗效。方法将我院2015年9月-2017年9月期间收治的82例矽肺患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组、对照组各41例。对照组单纯给予沙美特罗氟替卡松进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合噻托溴铵进行治疗,对比2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1均有所改善,且研究组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗矽肺疗效显著,可促进患者临床症状及体征的消退,改善肺功能,且无明显不良反应,用药安全性较高,是一种理想的治疗方式。Objective to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of silicosis in the treatment of silicosis by the combination of salmeterol and titoclazone in the treatment of silicosis. Methods clinical into our hospital during 2015.9— 2017.9 of 82 patients with silicosis as the research object, according to hospital successfully combined with random number table all entrants will be divided into research group and control group, were 41 cases. Control group simply give salmeterol fluticasone treatment, the team in the control group treatment based on joint thiamethoxam bromide treatment, and compared the clinical total effective rate in the two groups, compared two groups of drug adverse reactions before and after the situation at the same time. Results The total clinical efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC and FEV1 between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.FEV1/FVC and FEV1 improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement degree of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with single drug in salmeterol fluticasone combined on the basis of thiamethoxam Joe bromide silicosis treatment curative effect is more significant,can promote the patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs of subsiding,improve lung function,and no obvious adverse reactions,drug safety is higher, is an ideal treatment,and possesses high clinical application value.
