摘  要:提出了一种单环流反应隔离壁蒸馏塔,基于合成乙酸甲酯的酯化反应,以全年总投资(TAC)为目标函数,设计了最优的单环流反应隔离壁蒸馏塔结构,采用两点温度控制策略研究了单环流反应隔离壁蒸馏塔的动态性能。结果表明:相比于外部环流反应蒸馏塔,单环流反应隔离壁蒸馏塔的设备投资费用降低了0.63%,操作费用降低了11.62%,TAC减少了7.86%。对于进料流量以及进料组分的扰动影响,两点温度控制能够使得产品浓度能够在很短的时间内恢复到误差允许范围内的稳定值,表明该控制策略能够有效应对进料流量以及进料组分的扰动。A reactive dividing-wall distillation columns with single external recycle( RDWC-SER) was proposed for the production of methyl acetate. The optimum RDWC-SER was designed in terms of total annual costs( TAC). The dynamic performance of two-point temperature control strategy for the RDWC-SER was studied. The results show that about 0. 63% savings in capital investment,11. 62% decrease in operating cost and 7. 86% reduction in TAC can be achieved by the RDWC-SER design compared to the reactive distillation columns with external recycle. Twopoint temperature control strategy can make the product concentration recover into the stable value in a short period of time for the feed flow and the feed composition disturbances. The results indicate that two-point temperature control strategy can handle the feed flow and the feed composition disturbances effectively.
