摘 要:某项目组于2016年在渤海某油田率先搭建了一套基于紫外荧光法的水中油在线监测系统,获取了稳定的数据资料。文中以实例分析和曲线拟合等方式,对该系统的技术应用情况和所获数据质量开展评价,研究总结了基于紫外荧光法的水中油在线监测设备在实际应用中的经验和问题,认为其性能稳定,数据准确,可以推广应用于海上石油平台。文中取得的成果为该系统今后进一步的数据校验和升级改造提供了参考依据。A set of on-line monitoring system on some oilfield was constructed by a project team in the Bohai sea in2016. It focuses on concentration of oil in water on the basis of ultraviolet fluorescence method and obtained stable data. Through example analysis and curve fitting,this paper evaluates the system's technology application and the data quality. The experiences and problems of practical application of the on-line monitoring system were also summarized. As a conclusion,the system can be applied to other offshore oil platforms with stable performance and accurate data. The results obtained in this paper provide reference basis for further data validation and system upgrade.
